About Dr. Jessica Jarrell
Dr. Jess earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph in 2012. After spending a few years working in a multidisciplinary clinic alongside healthcare providers, she discovered her passion for chiropractic care. She continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2018.
Dr. Jess specializes in traditional one-on-one chiropractic treatments, using a combination of techniques to address her patients’ unique needs. Her methods include manipulations, mobilizations, myofascial release therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and adjunctive therapies like interferential current. She also incorporates educational tools and personalized rehabilitation exercises to support long-term health.
Additionally, Dr. Jess is trained in neurofunctional medical acupuncture, which further enhances her treatment approach. She strongly encourages a team-based approach to health care, believing that collaboration between various health disciplines improves patient outcomes and satisfaction.
